Partner Program Agreement

1. Participation in the Program

1.1Any Nexoro user may receive the standard reward of 20% of successful payments made by referred users.
1.2Creators, streamers, bloggers, website or community owners, and other professional partners may apply for a 30% rate. The increased rate applies only after approval by Nexoro and only to new successful payments.
1.3Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. Nexoro may request evidence of ownership of the stated channel and information about traffic sources.

2.1A referral is attributed through an individual link or code. Self-referrals, purchases made with partner balance, multiple accounts, automated registrations, and other attempts to generate rewards artificially are not eligible for rewards.
2.2Rewards for successful payments are credited in USDT. The final USDT amount is recorded when the reward is credited.
2.3A refund, chargeback, fraudulent payment, or cancelled payment may result in the corresponding reward being reversed. The applicable rate is recorded for each reward; a change in partner status affects only subsequent payments.

3.1Partners must use only lawful channels and promotion methods and disclose the affiliate nature of a link where required by platform rules or applicable law.
3.2Nexoro materials must not be placed on channels associated with illegal services, malware, data theft, botnets, game cheats, or the sale of unlawful access and other dangerous services.
3.3Spam, phishing, malicious advertising, artificial engagement, concealed redirects, knowingly fraudulent traffic, and interference with user devices are prohibited.
3.4Partners must not impersonate Nexoro, its employees, or an official channel; register misleading domains or accounts; or use brand materials in a way that suggests ownership of the Nexoro brand.
3.5Partners must not promise, on behalf of Nexoro, absolute anonymity, guaranteed speed, access to every website, an absence of all restrictions, rewards from third-party services, or any other feature not stated in current official Nexoro materials.

4.1Nexoro may review public promotional materials and aggregated traffic-quality signals without accessing the contents of users’ VPN traffic.
4.2If a violation is suspected, the increased rate and payouts may be temporarily suspended while the matter is reviewed. A confirmed violation may result in the reversal of invalid rewards and termination of participation.

5.1To review an application, Nexoro processes the channel link, stated audience size, comment, accepted agreement version, and acceptance time.
5.2The processing of data is also governed by the Nexoro Privacy Policy.

6.1The current version of this Agreement is published on this page. Nexoro may require renewed acceptance for a new application or after a material update to these terms.
