Privacy Policy

1. General Provisions

1.1. This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) governs the processing and protection of information that the Administration of Nexoro VPN (the “Service”) may receive when the Service is used.

1.2. By using the Service, including the Telegram bot, making payments, receiving access or instructions, or contacting support, the User confirms acceptance of this Policy.

1.3. If the User does not agree to this Policy, the User must stop using the Service.


2. Information That May Be Processed

2.1. The Service may process the minimum information necessary to provide its functionality, including:

• Telegram ID;

• username, name, and other profile information made available through Telegram for the functionality being used;

• selected plans, payment status, active access, and support request history;

• technical data needed to operate and secure the Service, diagnose errors, prevent abuse, and provide support;

• information the User voluntarily provides when contacting support.

2.2. The Service does not request information that is unnecessary to provide the services, unless required by law or by the operating terms of payment systems or contractors.

2.3. When payment is made through a payment provider, that provider may process payment data on its systems. The Service may receive and store information needed to record the payment: payment status, amount, currency, payment identifier, selected plan, payment date, and technical information supplied by the payment provider. The Service does not store complete bank-card details when payment is made through an external provider’s payment form.


3. Purposes of Processing

3.1. Information may be used only to:

• register and identify the User in the Service;

• provide paid access;

• process and confirm payments;

• send service messages, instructions, notices, and support replies;

• keep the Service secure and stable;

• diagnose errors, prevent abuse, and improve service quality.


4. Disclosure to Third Parties

4.1. The Administration does not sell or disclose Users’ personal information to third parties without a lawful basis.

4.2. Information may be disclosed to third parties only when necessary:

• to process payments;

• to operate the Service’s technical infrastructure;

• to comply with legal requirements;

• to protect the rights and lawful interests of the Administration, Users, or third parties;

• where the User has consented to the disclosure.


5. Storage and Protection of Information

5.1. Data is stored to the extent and for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes of processing, perform obligations, resolve disputes, comply with legal requirements, and operate the Service.

5.2. The Administration takes reasonable organizational and technical measures to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, destruction, or other unlawful use.

5.3. The User understands and agrees that data transmission over the internet cannot be absolutely secure and that the Administration therefore cannot guarantee absolute protection of information in every case.


6. User Rights

6.1. The User may contact support with questions about use of the Service and processing of information, within the limits provided by applicable law.

6.2. The User must provide only accurate information to the extent necessary to use the Service.


7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. The Administration is not responsible for loss, disclosure, alteration, or misuse of data where it results from:

• the fault of third parties;

• the User’s own actions;

• the operation of telecommunications networks, platforms, software, or other external factors beyond the Administration’s reasonable control.


8. Changes to the Policy

8.1. The Administration may amend this Policy at any time.

8.2. The current version of the Policy is published in the Service or at a link made available to the User.

8.3. Continued use of the Service after the Policy changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
